Vincas Kudirka Museum

The completely renovated Vincas Kudirka Museum invites you for excursions with a guide.
Get acquainted with the history of Kudirka Naumiestis and the activities of Vincas Kudirka
and the bell movement. In the exposition are personal items of Vinco Kudirka, manuscripts
of translations, exhibits depicting the times of book smugglers, and for the first time the
nineteenth century northern Suvalkija-Zanavykai costumes are presented. Vincas Kudirka
Museum was built in the spot where long time ago the house, where the herald of the
national renaissance had lived, had stood, where he created the national anthem.
